 ROC was established in January 2011, the registered capital is RMB1 billion Yuan, and it is a wholly owned subsidiary of RHI, the company is located in Qidong offshore vessel industrial zone, covers an area of about 800 acres.

(RHI) The company is in National Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone，450 acres of  land and 130 acres of water area. RCI is located at the intersection of China's coastal open belt and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, connecting to the forefront of Shanghai and the central position of the Yangtze River Delta economy.
RIC is mainly engaged in the manufacture, installation, renovation and repair of various special equipment; R & D and leasing of mechanical equipment in various engineering construction activities; loading and unloading; marine engineering equipment manufacturing; leasing of non-residential real estate; technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technology Transfer, technology promotion, etc. Products mainly include shore container cranes, container tire gantry cranes, container rail gantry cranes, fully automatic container rail cranes and special marine cranes.

RHG is a wholly owned subsidiary of RHI with registered capital of HK$2M.  RHG is mainly engaged in the import and export of goods and technology, and the development of international market business.
