Recently, RIC successfully won the order of "Automation Transformation Project of 7 RTGs in Ningbo Port", taking an important step in the field of port machinery automation transformation.

This order winning project will upgrade the automatic control of the original RTGs in Ningbo Port, to the automatic crane traveling and positioning system, the trolley and spreader position detection system, the voice and video CCTV system, the equipment safety protection system, the truck guidance and positioning function, match the existing remote control system interface protocol of Beiyi Group and coordinate with the terminal production management system (TOS). In addition to local operation, the transformed gantry crane can also perform semi-automatic and fully automatic operations on the remote console, with low work intensity and high work efficiency, so as to achieve the goal of "controlling more with one", improve personnel efficiency and equipment automation, and realize the whole process automation of the yard.
